Overall, our family vacation at this hotel was wonderful. The spacious pool area and convenient location near Whalers Village truly enhanced our experience. However, the room size was a bit cramped for our family of four, and we faced some issues with the pool bar's timings and availability of cabanas. The dining options were plentiful, but the breakfast pricing seemed steep for what was offered.

We had quite the mixed experience at this resort. The location is superb, right next to Whalers Village, which made dining and shopping super easy. While we got upgraded to an ocean view room, the construction view was a letdown, and the noise made it difficult to enjoy our stay. On the plus side, the newly renovated tower offers modern and stylish rooms, but the service left something to be desired.
